Our Ordering Process

Our experienced advisors can guide you through every step of the process, from choosing a memorial, to gaining permission from the cemetery and deciding on an inscription.

Choose Memorial

Once you've found your base memorial, select things like colours, sizes and memorial design.

Request a Quote

After you have your memorial ready, click the request a quote button. Once you've completed this step we will be in touch.

50% Deposit will be required

Permit Approval

Once we have received your initial deposit, we will begin the permit approval process.

Design Approval

After the permit approval is confirmed, we will provide you with a memorial inscription layout & CAD drawing for approval.

We will help you with the proposed inscription

Delivery

After approval, we will need to wait for the delivery of your memorial.

Please note this can take between 16-20 weeks for non-stocked memorials

Erection & Installation

Once the memorial has arrived into stock, we will carry out the inscription works and the installation process. We will call or email once the memorial has been erected.
